At Tina’s African Hair Braiding in Bloomingdale, IL, we are committed to providing exceptional service and a seamless salon experience for every client. Please review our salon policies and terms below to understand important details about booking, cancellations, lateness, and hair preparation for your braiding appointment. These guidelines help us maintain a respectful, efficient environment while delivering the professional African hair braiding services you know and trust.

  • Payment: We accept cash, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, and all major credit cards.
  • Human Hair & Pricing: Services using 100% human hair require an additional charge. Pricing varies by hair length—please confirm final pricing with your stylist before your service begins.
  • Hair Preparation: For faster service, please arrive with hair washed and blow-dried. Wash and blow-dry services are available for $30 if needed.
  • Booking: Appointments must be booked online through our scheduling platform.

  • Appointment Confirmation: Please text us two days before your appointment to confirm so we can properly prepare.
  • Rescheduling & Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
    Appointments changed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Satisfaction Guarantee: Our goal is for you to leave with a Style You Can Feel Proud Of.

  • Refunds: Tina’s African Hair Braiding does not offer refunds.
